What data we process and why
This website has no forms and does not ask you for any data. We only process the data of people who write to us by email or call us (name, contact details and what you tell us), and only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare and carry out a project.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in answering the messages and calls we receive (Article 6.1.f GDPR) and, when you ask about a project, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your inquiry. If it leads to a project, for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules). Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within one year at the latest.
Who else sees it
This website is hosted by Fly.io, Inc. (United States) on servers in Paris (EU); it only receives the technical data any website needs to be shown in your browser and does not keep a record of visitors. Our email is provided by IONOS, so the messages you send us are stored on its servers. Both act on our behalf, under a contract and only for these purposes (they are data processors). Apart from them, we only disclose your data where the law requires it. If you write to us on Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. also processes that message under its own privacy policy.
Transfers outside the European Union
Fly.io is a United States company and may process data there, although this website is served from Paris. Fly.io is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognizes as providing adequate protection; should that framework no longer apply, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which form part of its contract, apply.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for portability, by writing to mariaheras@
